In the weekend of 16 and 17 July there’re festivals for the likeminded people. The weather is warm so people go outside. Then it’s nice to see or meet people who want to connect and be inspired.

Spread across the Netherlands, there are various groups that have joined together. Meeting days and parties are regularly organized. Then it’s nice if you know someone. These festivals invites everyone to come and taste what the new world can look like.

Drachten
In Drachten, Northern Netherlands, there is the ‘Parallel Fest’. This is on Saturday and Sunday, where guests can stay overnight at the campsite. The organization is the same that previously organized the ‘World Wide Demo‘ in the Netherlands. It’s time to try a different concept and at a festival you can meet and connect.

Tilburg
Bosvreugd opens its gates in Tilburg on Sunday afternoon for the ‘Day of the New World‘. The program starts at 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Bosvreugd is located near a parc. The terrain is well-organized with an open square and lawn, but also more separated places. The children can also do and discover all kinds of things.

At the festival are all kinds of workshops to do and presentations to attend. For example, people can take a special walk in the forest, dance, listen to singing bowls, learn about permaculture and more. In the middle of the site are stalls with various products and services.

Ice bath
You can do breathing exercises and then sit in an ice bath. ‘Revrouwlutie’ leads these ice baths. This time she isn’t behind the camera making live streams of one of the many manifestations. Right now it’s time to relax and connect to your body from the inside.

Peter Toonen
Peter is a familiar face at cafe Weltschertz where he discusses books by writers. This time he presents his own book. Always inspiring to have a chat with him.

There are more acquaintances from the world of people who stand up for their rights. This can be seen as they wear the farmer’s handkerchief around the head, on the wrist or from the pocket.

Yet this festival is mainly about being human today and charging it in energy with attention to body, mind and soul.

A very successful festival this first edition of the ‘day of the new world’, where equality, development and connection provide exciting and pleasant experiences.

In het weekend van 16 en 17 juli zijn er festivals voor de gelijkgestemde mensen. Het is warm weer dus gaan mensen naar buiten. Dan is het fijn om bekenden te zien, te ontmoeten en te verbinden.

Verspreid over heel Nederland zijn er verschillende groepen dit zich hebben verbonden. Er worden regelmatig samenkomst dagen en feesten georganiseerd. Dan is het fijn als je iemand kent. Dit festival nodigt iedereen uit om te komen proeven van hoe de nieuwe wereld eruit kan zien.

Drachten
In Drachten, Noord Nederland, is er het ‘Parallel Fest‘. Deze is p zaterdag en zondag, waarbij gasten op de camping kunnen overnachten. De organisatie is dezelfde die voorheen de ‘World Wide Demo‘ organiseerde in Nederland. Het is tijd voor een ander concept en op een festival kun je ontmoeten en verbinden.

Tilburg
In Tilburg opent Bosvreugd op zondagmiddag haar poort voor de ‘Dag van de nieuwe Wereld‘. Het programma start om 14.00 uur tot 21.00 uur. Het terrein niet overzichtelijk met een open plein en grasveld, maar ook meer gescheiden plekken. Ook de kinderen kunnen van alles doen en ontdekken.

Hier zijn allerlei workshops te doen en presentaties bij te wonen. Zo kunnen mensen onder andere een speciale wandeling in het bos maken, dansen, klankschalen en permacultuur. In het midden van het terrein staan kraampjes met divers producten en diensten.

IJsbad
Ook kun je ademhalingsoefeningen doen om daarna in een ijsbad te zitten. Revrouwlutie leidt deze ijsbaden. Dit keer staat zij niet achter de camera om live streams te maken van een van de vele manifestaties. Juist is het nu tijd om te ontspannen en je lichaam van binnen uit te kennen

Peter Toonen
Peter is een bekend gezicht bij cafe Weltschertz waar hij boeken bespreekt van schrijvers. Dit keer presenteert hij zijn eigen boek.

Er zijn meer bekenden uit de wereld van mensen die opstaan voor hun rechten. Dat is ook te zien aan het dragen van de boerenzakdoek om het hoofd, om de pols of uit de broekzak. Toch gaat het vooral over ons mens zijn vandaag en deze in energie op te laden met aandacht voor body, mind and soul.

Een zeer geslaagd festival deze eerste editie van de ‘dag van de nieuwe wereld’, waarbij gelijkwaardigheid, ontwikkeling en verbinding zorgen voor enerverende prettige ervaringen.
