The judge’s ruling on Tuesday, February 16 about the illegal introduction of the curfew hits like a bomb. ‘Viruswaarheid’ has won the case. The judge agrees with the arguments of disproportionality and that there is no urgency. On top of this is the effect of this measure is not clear, but the economic and social damage is.

This time, the lawsuit of the ‘Viruswaarheid’ activistgroup has made it to the media. Various media channels report this case or have an interview with Willem Engel. It talks about how the government goes beyond its control to impose measures on the people. Questions are also asked about the people who have been fined for being on the street during curfews.

The critical-thinking peace-loving protesters react with surprise. But they also know that cheating is being done. The illegitimate government thinks it has more power and has spoken this out. The arogance with which they cheat is ostentatious.

Momentum
Still, it is nice to celebrate this momentum. At 9 p.m. we will gather at the Markthal. Well before nine there are three police cars, a number of them are driving around, motorcycle police, an ME van. This includes a group of reporters. All this for two people that show up.

Suspension of the judgment
The low turnout is due to the suspension of the measure. The immediate entry has thus been reversed until the appeal has been served. Thus, the illegitimate Dutch government manages to deprive the people of their freedom and oppress them.

I stand there and was interviewed about the reasons why I am there. Ultimately, it’s about the fundamental rights and freedoms of the people who live in the Netherlands. This is separate from the man-made health crisis.

Solution
The question is whether more people dare to speak out about this absurd situation. Everyone thought this condition would be over by the summer of 2020. A year has passed and the variants fly by like endless variations. There is no way to get out of this. Who says when it is enough?

Uitspraak van de rechter op dinsdag 16 februari over het onrechtmatig invoeren van de avondklok slaat in als een bom. Viruswaanzin heeft de zaak aangespannen. De rechter is het eens met de argumenten van buitenproportionaliteit en dat er geen nood is. Deze maatregel is gebaseerd op hele andere doeleinden. Daarnaast is het effect van deze maatregel niet duidelijk, wel de economische en maatschappelijke schade.

Dit keer is de rechtzaak van de actiegroep viruswaanzin wel in de main stream media gekomen. Diverse mediakanalen doen verslag of hebben een interview met Willem Engel. Er wordt gesproken over hoe de regering buiten haar boekje gaat om het volk maatregelingen opte leggen. Ook worden er vragen gesteld over de mensen die beboet zijn voor het op straat zijn tijdens de avondklok.

Bij de kritische denkende vredelievende betogers reageren verrast. Tegelijk weet men dat er vals gespeeld wordt. De onwettige regering denkt meer macht te hebben en heeft dit uitgesproken. De arogantie waarmee zij vals spelen is opzichtig.

Toch is het fijn om dit momentum te vieren. Om 21.00 uur gaan we ons verzamelen bij de Markthal. Ruim voor negen staan er drie politie wagens, rijden een aantal rond, motorpolitie, een ME busje. Daarbij staat een groep reporters. Dit allemaal voor twee mensen.

Opschorten van de uitspraak
De lage opkomst is te wijten aan het opschorten van de maatregel. De onmiddelijke ingang is hiermee teruggedraaid tot het hoger beroep heeft gediend. Zo krijgt de onwettige Nederlandse regering het weer voor elkaar krijgt om het volk de vrijheid te ontnemen en onderdrukken.

Ik stonde er en ben geinterviewd over de redenen waarom ik daar sta. Uiteindelijk gaat het om de grondrechten en vrijheden van de mensen die in Nederland wonen. Dit staat los van de mensgemaakte gezondheidscrisis.

Oplossing
De vraag is of hierdoor meer mensen zicht durven uit te spreken over de absurde toestand. Iedereen dacht dat deze toestand tegen de zomer van 2020 voorbij zou zijn. We zijn een jaar verder en de varianten vliegen voorbij als oneindige variaties. Er is geen zicht hoe we hieruit komen.
