On Tuesday, December 6 at 11 a.m., the case against Prime Minister Rutte and Ministers Kaag and Hoekstra and politician Segers will take place in the District Court of The Hague, brought by the National Union against Government Affairs. In the civil proceedings, Rutte is held personally liable and must answer to the court as a citizen.

Conditions The terms of the National Union against Government Affairs include:
– Bilderberg, out the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the WHO;
– prohibit compulsory vaccination;
– protect cultural traditions;
– ending discrimination in the housing market;
– no longer exclude democratically elected parties;
– introduce binding referendum;
– abolish emergency law;
– require public broadcasters to provide fair reporting;
– stop indoctrination by schools, colleges and universities;
– and ban on participating in the war and supporting Ukraine.

Open then closed
At 10:30 am, about 15 people are waiting in the hall of the courthouse. They want to be at the hearing. More people are on their way to attend this hearing. But that turns out to be impossible. The public hearing is behind closed door at the last minute. Why is not told. Order from the chairman says an authoritarian officer. Those waiting in the hall must leave the building immediately. This reminds me of the courtcase against Willem Engel.

Bars
No questions, it’s a an order. The people are being chased out of the courthouse. The entrance was still open at 10 a.m., now the gates are closed with a single door, where officers are standing. The fences as bars give a locked experience. They gate is used when there’s a threatening situation. How threathning is this?

Outside under the stairs are more people, like Goof with his bike and Danny, who shoots a video. Further on the sidewalk are two police cars. Banners are rolled out and text boards appear. More people arrive. They aren’t allowed to stand on the stairs, those are the rules. By whom and for what reason police cann’t say.

At the bottom of a court column is a white heart with the publication Justice for Mavis. There’re political prisoners in the Netherlands, in or inevitably outside the prison, such as Baybasin (already 24 years unjustly in Dutch prison), Eldor, Willem Engel, Huig Plug and Max.

Mavis is a victim of the tax allowance affair. Since 2005 there’re over 10,000 families by state accuesed of fraud only by discrimination of a foreign surname. This has destroyed many families. Since 2015, more than 2,000 children have been placed out of home by the court. Children robbed from their parents by the state. In reality there’re even more.

The most important thing in the life of Mavis are her two boys. They are taken by the state. She’s imprisoned on charges of kidnapping her own children. As a mother this breaks my heart.

Police force
Max addresses the attendees on behalf of the people through the megaphone. When there’re about 30 people, the police gets nervous. Passers-by and visitors to the court come and go. Still, the police proceed to sweep. About 40 military police uniforms get out of the vans. The attendees have to stand 50 meters away.

A group of atterney’s look at the disproportionate police force against 30 peace-loving people. One asks what’s going on. After a short explanation, he knows that it’s about the case of the bond against government affairs. No surprise that the public hearing of Rutte and Kaag is closed at the last minute. It shows once again that the court is not transparent.

House of Representatives
In front of the entrance to the second chamber is a spot to point out the law and justice to the representatives of the people. Another action is going on for nature. In the center of the square is a large blue budget case full of plants. These will be given away at the end of the day. The QR code with the plant takes you to the website of #nietzonderdenatuur. An initiative of more than 50 organizations that want the government to take action to garanty nature in the Netherlands.

Nature
Unfortunately, many in themselves noble causes are hijacked by the government for their agenda. This becomes clear in the interpretation of a certain goal and the money flows. Here nature merges with the crisis politics of the climate. Supposedly, the Netherlands wants to buy more land from the farmers for more nature. The way farmers are forces to sell and current conservation policies point to a different agenda.

In addition, every form of industry based on exploitation and pollution must chang, including intensive agriculture. But promises by a government that has been lying for years is worth nothing. And you may wonder what they really want to use the land for?

Banners and textsigns
Back to the square in front of the second chambre. People roll out the banners again and sit on the benches. Groups of high school children visiting the second room watch the actions in the square.

Police force
After 20 minutes the riot police come to sweep the square. The Koekamp is the place to stand. The uniformed approach the people in two rows. A number of people are forcefully pushed away. Danny films.

On the other side of the road, banners are rolled out and motorists honk their horns. Max speaks with his megaphone. He’s followed by a photojournalist of the ANP who takes a picture of him.

Some people stay, other go. The outcome is not known, but there are rumors that the hearing is postponed.

digital currency #CBDC
A brief look back at the debate on the digital currency last November 23 in The Hague. There was a lot of interest from the public to attend this in the public stands. But not everyone could enter.

The people outside beat the rain and the police force. Marianne Zwagerman saw this from their camera van parked on the square in front of the entrance to the House of Representatives.

General update
Meanwhile, many farmers continue to stand up locally for their right to exist on a daily basis. This mainly happens outside the Randstad, in the more agricultural areas of the Netherlands. Manifestations with flags over highways are still going on.

 

Op dinsdag 6 december om 11.00 uur is de rolzitting tegen premier Rutte en de ministers Kaag en Hoekstra en politicus Segers in de Rechtbank van Den Haag, aangespannen door Nationale bond tegen Overheidszaken. Het weer buiten is aan de koude kant en droog.

In de civiele gerechtelijke procedure wordt Rutte persoonlijk aansprakelijk gesteld en als burger moet verantwoorden voor de rechter. De rechter heeft de dagvaarding van de Bond gegrond verklaard.

Voorwaarden Bond
De voorwaarden van de Bond zijn onder meer:
– Bilderberg, het World Economic Forum (Great Reset) en de WHO buiten de orde plaatsen; – vaccinatiedwang verbieden;
– culturele tradities beschermen;
– discriminatie op de woningmarkt beëindigen;
– democratisch gekozen partijen niet langer uitsluiten;
– bindend referendum invoeren;
– spoedwet afschaffen;
– publieke omroep tot eerlijke berichtgeving verplichten;
– indoctrinatie door scholen, hogescholen en universiteiten beëindigen;
– en verbieden van deelname aan de oorlog en het steunen van Oekraïne.

“Het is nu aan ons om een welgelukte aanslag van Rutte, Kaag, Hoekstra en Segers op onze vrijheid te verhinderen!” schrijft de Bond. “Samen staan we sterk om de World Economic Forum-dictatuur van Rutte 4 te beëindigen!” bron

Open dan gesloten
Om 10.30 uur staan er zo’n 15 mensen te wachten in de hal van het gerechtsgebouw. Ze willen bij de hoorzitting zijn. Meer mensen zijn onderweg om deze hoorzitting bij te wonen. Maar dat blijkt onmogelijk. De openbare hoorzitting is op het laatste moment achter gesloten deur. Waarom wordt niet verteld. Op bevel van de voorzitter zegt een autoritaire agent. Degenen die in de hal wachten, moeten het gebouw onmiddellijk verlaten.

Tralies
Geen vragen, het is een bevel. De mensen worden het gerechtsgebouw uitgejaagd. Om 10.00 uur was de oploop van de ingang nog open, nu zijn de poorten afgesloten met een enkele deur, waar agenten staan. De hekken als tralies geven een afgesloten beleving. De poort wordt gebruikt als er een bedreigende situatie is. Hoe bedreigend is dit?

Buiten onder de trap staan meer mensen, zoals Goof met zijn fiets en Danny, die een video maakt. Verderop op de stoep staan twee politieauto’s. Banners worden uitgerold en tekstborden verschijnen. Er komen meer mensen aan. Ze mogen niet op de trap staan, dat zijn de regels. Door wie en om welke reden kan de politie niet zeggen.

Onderaan een rechtbankzuil staat een wit hart met de tekst ‘Justice for Mavis’. Er zijn politieke gevangenen in Nederland, zoals Baybasin (al 24 jaar onterecht in Nederlandse gevangenis) en Eldor. Maar ook politieke gevangewnen onder voorwaarden vrij, zoals Willem Engel, Huig Plug en Max.

#FreeMavis
Er zijn ook gevangen die slachtoffer zijn van de staat, zoals Mavis. Zij is slachtoffer van de toeslagenaffaire. Sinds 2005 zijn er door de staat meer dan 10.000 gezinnen beschuldigd van fraude alleen door discriminatie van een buitenlandse achternaam. Dit heeft veel gezinnen kapot gemaakt. Sinds 2015 zijn meer dan 2.000 kinderen door de rechtbank uit huis geplaatst. Kinderen geroofd van hun ouders door de staat.

Mavis
Het belangrijkste in het leven van Mavis zijn haar twee jongens. Ze zijn afgenomen door de staat. Mavis zelf zit gevangen op beschuldiging van ontvoering van haar eigen kinderen. Als moeder breekt mijn hart.

Politie
Max spreekt de aanwezigen namens het volk toe via de megafoon. Als er ongeveer 30 mensen zijn, wordt de politie nerveus. Voorbijgangers en bezoekers van de rechtbank komen en gaan. Toch gaat de politie vegen. Zo’n 40 zware politie-uniformen stappen uit de busjes. De aanwezigen moeten op 50 meter afstand gaan staan.

Een groep advocaten kijkt naar de buitenproportionele politiemacht tegen 30 vredelievende mensen. Een vraagt wat er aan de hand is. Na een korte uitleg weet hij dat het gaat om de zaak van de bond tegen overheidszaken. Geen verrassing dat deze openbare zitting op het laatste moment wordt gesloten. Het toont maar weer eens aan dat de rechtbank niet transparant is.

Tweede Kamer
Voor de ingang van de tweede kamer is een plek om volksvertegenwoordigers te wijzen op recht en gerechtigheid. Er is een andere actie gaande voor de natuur. Midden op het plein staat een grote blauwe begrotingskoffer vol planten. Deze worden aan het eind van de dag weggegeven. De QR-code bij de plant brengt je naar de website van #nietzonderdenatuur. Een initiatief van meer dan 50 organisaties die willen dat de Nederlandse overheid zich blijft inzetten voor natuurbehoud.

Natuur
Helaas worden veel op zichzelf nobele doelen door de regering gekaapt voor hun agenda. Dit wordt duidelijk in de invulling van een bepaald doel en de geldstromen. Hier versmelt de natuur met de crisispolitiek van het klimaat. Nederland wil meer land van de boeren kopen voor meer natuur. De manier waarop boeren worden gedwongen om te verkopen en het huidige natuurbeschermingsbeleid met veel bomenkap wijzen op een andere agenda.

Daarnaast moet elke vorm van industrie gebaseerd op uitbuiting en vervuiling veranderen, ook de intensieve landbouw. Maar beloftes van een regering die al jaren liegt, zijn niets waard. En je kunt je afvragen waar ze het land eigenlijk voor willen gebruiken?

Spandoeken en tekstborden
Terug naar het plein voor de tweede kamer. Mensen rollen de spandoeken weer uit en gaan op de banken zitten. Groepen middelbare scholieren die de tweede kamer bezoeken, kijken naar de acties op het plein.

Politie
Na 20 minuten komt de ME het plein leeg vegen. Het Koekamp is dé plek om te staan. De ME’ers naderen de mensen in twee rijen. Een aantal mensen wordt met geweld weggeduwd. Danny filmt.

Aan de overkant van de weg worden spandoeken uitgerold en automobilisten toeteren. Max spreekt met zijn megafoon. Hij wordt gevolgd door een fotojournalist van het ANP die een foto van hem maakt. Sommige mensen blijven, andere gaan. De uitkomst is niet bekend, maar er gaan geruchten dat de zitting is uitgesteld.

digitale valuta #CBDC
Een korte terugblik op het debat over de digitale munt afgelopen 23 november in Den Haag. Er was veel belangstelling vanuit het publiek om dit bij te wonen op de publiekstribunes. Maar niet iedereen kon naar binnen.

De mensen buiten waren sneller dan de regen en de politie. Dat zag Marianne Zwagerman vanuit hun camerabusje geparkeerd op het plein voor de ingang van de Tweede Kamer.

Een reportage met Marianne Zwagerman voor het #CBDC-debat en de rol van de koningin der Nederlanden die het promoot. Voor alle duidelijkheid: de koningin heeft nauwe banden met het WEF, net als veel ministers in Nederland. Zo worden de doelstellingen van de particuliere organisatie WEF gediend en opgedrongen aan alle mensen ter wereld.

Ondertussen blijven veel boeren dagelijks lokaal opkomen voor hun bestaansrecht. Dit gebeurt vooral buiten de Randstad, in de meer agrarische gebieden van Nederland. Manifestaties met vlaggen boven snelwegen gaan nog steeds door.
